A Benedictine Spirituality of Work

Description

If you find it hard to find a balance and rhythm in your life, juggling work, family and leisure; if you ask what is the meaning and purpose of your work or if you wonder about the spiritual dimensions of leadership then this workshop is for you!  Drawing on the teaching of the Rule of St Benedict and insights from contemporary management thinking, Dom Dermot Tredget, a member of the Benedictine Community at Douai Abbey, will lead a stimulating day of reflection on how to find an appropriate and enlivening work-life balance.
